Although 2025 may seem like a long way off, we’ve already started getting DVLA ready to exit one of our most complex contracts when it expires in just under 4 years’ time. It is the agency’s largest contract and on its expiry in 2025 will have run for a period of 20 years. Julia Ashford, FM Futures Programme Lead, tells us more.
